SPOONER Movie Trailer (2009)

Watch the trailer for SPOONER which was at the Slamdance Film Festival this year.

Starring Matthew Lillard and Nora Zehetner, Spooner tells the story of Herman Spooner (Lillard), a used car salesman who is about to be kicked out of his parents’ house when he turns 30. In the midst of all this, Spooner meets the girl of his dreams, Rose (Zehetner).

This is definitely the type of indie film that I love to watch, but I do have to wonder if Spooner will be original enough or just a reboot of cliches from other similar independent movies. As a fan of Matthew Lillard, I feel compelled to watch Spooner though.
