Movies Coming Out This Weekend June 5 2009
Wondering what movies are coming out to theaters this Friday, June 5 2009? Here is a list with our recommendations (which you can take or leave, it’s up to you).

DEFINITELY WATCH AT THE MOVIES
Away We Go
Come on, this is John Krasinski in an independent movie, of course I’m going to watch it.

Away We Go Synopsis: A couple who is expecting their first child travel around the U.S. in order to find a perfect place to start their family.
The Hangover
The trailer for The Hangover looks funny and I like the cast, so I might give it a shot this weekend.

The Hangover Synopsis: Two days before his wedding, Doug and his three friends drive to Las Vegas for a blow-out bachelor party they’ll never forget. But, in fact, when the three groomsmen wake up the next morning, they can’t remember a thing. For some reason, they find a tiger in the bathroom and a six-month-old baby in the closer of their suite at Caesars Palace. The one thing they can’t find is Doug. With no clues as to what transpired and little time to spare, the trio must retrace their hazy steps and all their bad decisions in order to figure out where things went wrong and hopefully get Doug back to L.A. in time to walk down the aisle.
My Life in Ruins
I enjoy watching Nia Vardalos, and this looks like a sweet, simple romantic comedy.

My Life in Ruins Synopsis: From Nia Vardalos, writer and star of ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding,’ comes the hilarious comedy ‘My Life in Ruins.’ Georgia (Nia Vardalos) has lost her kefi (Greek for “mojo”). Discouraged by her lack of direction in life, she works as a travel guide, leading a rag-tag group of tourists as she tries to show them the beauty of her native Greece. While opening their eyes to an exotic foreign land, she too begins to see things in new ways-finding her kefi in the process.
DEFINITELY RENT
Land of the Lost
I have heard some really bad things about this movie, which is unfortunate because I actually like the cast.
