Whip It! is a comedy about Bliss Cavendar (Ellen Page), a teenager who gets into roller derby league against her mother’s (Marcia Gay Harden) will.

This could be quite a lot of fun, plus it’s rare to have a movie with an all female cast, so double the fun. Check out a few additional pictures below.

Whip It! will be released to theaters on October 9, 2009.
