I posted a few pictures from Dark Country back in April, and back then the movie was supposed to be released in 3-D, but there was no release date. We now have a release date, but unfortunately, the movie will go straight to DVD and will thus not be in 3-D.
As for the trailer, I’m still not sure how I feel about it. It sort of has that Film Noir feel that Thomas Jane wanted to give it, but I can’t figure out what the whole story is about. I’ll definitely check it out on DVD though.
Dark Country will be released to DVD on October 6, 2009. Watch the trailer below.
