Check out the very first teaser trailer released for THE RUNAWAYS which stars Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett and Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie, Scout Taylor-Compton, Michael Shannon, Alia Shawkat, Tatum O’Neal, and is directed & written by Floria Sigismondi.
Well, I’m sold. Even though the teaser is only about 40 seconds, the feel of it is so great, I think it has the potential to be a great biopic, and I can’t wait to see it.
The Runaways Synopsis: In 1970s LA, a tough teenager named Joan Jett connects with an eccentric producer to form an all-girl band that would launch her career and make rock history.
