Take a first look at photos Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis in BURKE AND HARE that Daily Mail got their hands on.
Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis play real life Edinburgh serial killers William Burke and William Hare respectively, who used to sell the bodies of their victims to Dr. Robert Knox who dissected them in his anatomy classes at a medical school.
The movie also stars Isla Fisher, Tim Curry, Tom Wilkinson, John Cleese, and Stephen Merchant.
Even though the subject matter is pretty dark, Burke and Hare is a comedy, which isn’t surprising given Simon Pegg’s previous films. I personally can’t wait to see him as a killer, there is just so much he can create with a character like that and I’m looking forward to finding out what he comes up with.
And let’s not forget Andy Serkis, who is such a great actor. It’s definitely going to be interesting seeing this new duo in action.
