Twilight BREAKING DAWN Movie Release Date Announced

Looks like Summit Entertainment will be closing the curtain on the battle between glittering vampires and buff werewolves late next year. A Summit spokesperson has confirmed that “Breaking Dawn“, expected by many to be the final installment in “The Twilight Saga” series, will premiere on November 18, 2011.
The longest book in Stephanie Meyer’s “Twilight” saga, “Dawn” is divided into three sections that are told from the perspectives of Bella and Jacob. Because of its complex structure and size, rumors have swirled for months that “Dawn” will be split into two separate films that could possibly push the series into 2012. Summit has not released an official statement addressing the rumors.
Oscar-winning screenwriter and “Dreamgirls” director Bill Condon was recently hired to direct with Melissa Rosenberg returning to pen the screenplay. There has been no mention of whether stars Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson will reprise their roles, although it is highly anticipated that they will do so.
