SPIDER-MAN 4 Script Being Rewritten

Screenwriter Alvin Sargent will fine tune the newest “Spider-Man” film, according to Heat Vision Blog. The film, a Columbia picture, will be directed by Marc Webb.

Alvin Sargent will once again wear his “Spidey” hat to do for this “Spider-Man” movie what he’s done for both “Spider-Man 2″ and “Spider-Man 3″. The original script, by Jamie Vanderbilt was shelved when Columbia decided not to continue with the sequel. Columbia is dusting off the script, most likely hoping to follow in the footsteps of the newly released “Iron Man 2″.

A title for the latest “Spider-Man” movie hasn’t been decided. Filming should begin later this year.
