Danny Huston Slated to Star in PLAYOFF

Danny Huston is slated to star in the upcoming movie PLAYOFF, according to THR Huston will play the part of Max Stoller, a survivor of the Holocaust and basketball coach. After coaching a team in Tel Aviv to success, he agrees to return to Germany to coach the German national basketball team. Inevitably, his return to Germany involves dealing with his childhood demons.
Recently, Huston played the part of Richard the Lionhearted in “Robin Hood” and Poseidon in “Clash of the Titans”. He has two movies listed in post-production “A Monster in Paris” and “The Conspirator”.
“Playoff” is being directed by Eran Riklis and produced by Egoli Tossell, France’s Fidelite Films and Topia Communications. Filming will begin in Frankfurt, Germany at the end of June.
