3-D Movies Soon Outsourced To India

The company Reliance MediaWorks is working to become indispensable to the newest 3-D filming trend, according to Reuters. With the success of “Avatar“, everyone wants to make their movies 3-D. Reliance is training more than 2500+ artists to convert 2-D pictures into 3-D.
The company’s CEO, Anil Arjun plans to offer the service to major movie studios. The plan is to take big screen major hit movies and convert them into 3-D, therefore giving them new life. Each movie will bring approximately twelve million dollars back to Reliance.
Questions remain as to whether the major studios will “take the bait” and also whether Arjun’s company can convert the pictures and provide high quality material. If he can deliver the goods, the company will be very busy for quite a while.
