TWILIGHT Director Comments on TWILIGHT BREAKING DAWN Salary Drama

Catherine Hardwicke
“Twilight” director, Catherine Hardwicke commented on the salary negotiations taking place for the last two movies of the series. Although not official, the last novel “Breaking Dawn” will be broken into two separate movies. Currently, “Twilight” cast members Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene are holding out for a bigger piece of the “Twilight” pie. Lutz plays Emmett Cullen and Greene plays Alice Cullen.
Hardwicke commented that actors are sometimes influenced by their agent or lawyer or manager and aren’t really thinking for themselves. She fears that Summit Entertainment will decide to recast the parts, rather than be held hostage in the negotiations.
Each of the “Twilight” movies has had a different director. Catherine Hardwicke directed the first movie “Twilight“. The second movie in the series “New Moon” was directed by Chris Weitz. The soon to be released “Eclipse” is directed by David Slade. “Breaking Dawn” has Bill Condon directing.
CAST Ashley Greene in Breaking Dawn!!! Pay the woman for her incredible talents. The series is grossing billions world wide and she is an integral part of the puzzle!!! NO OTHER actress could replace pixie like Alice and what a tragedy it would be to lose her in the FINAL movie when her part is sooo very important in supporting Bella’s character and also for (spoiler for those who haven’t read the books) saving the day in the end by bravely leaving the Cullens at a vital time to prepare for the Volturi!!! Everyone VOTE to KEEP ASHLEY GREENE!!!
