2011 Movie Release Dates – Warner Bros.
During the annual Time Warner Investor Day, Warner chairman and CEO Barry Meyer announced a few key movie release dates for some much awaited titles including Sherlock Holmes 2, Green Lantern and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II. See the full list below:
- Red Riding Hood: April 22
- The Hangover 2: May 26
- Green Lantern (3D): June 17
- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II (3D): July 15
- Journey to the Center of the Earth 2 (3D): Sept. 23
- Happy Feet 2 (3D): Nov. 18
- New Year’s Eve (Valentine’s Day Sequel): Dec. 9
- Sherlock Holmes 2: Dec. 16
He also talked about a couple of more interesting movie release news:
- The new Batman Movie directed by Christopher Nolan has a July 20, 2012 release date
- The new Superman movie will get a holiday season 2012 release.
- Warner Bros is close to greenlighting a “Flash” movie.
