Carl Rinsch To Direct LOGAN’S RUN Remake

According to Heat Vision, Carl Rinsch will direct the new version of LOGAN’S RUN.
Rinsch will direct Warner Bros’ remake of the science fiction film that originally starred Michael York back in 1976. This futuristic film’s main character is called a sandman whose job is to make sure people are put to sleep when they reach the mandatory age. A doomed city supposedly protects its inhabitants from the outside world, but the population must be limited. The sandman has reached the age and chooses to become a runner, meaning he is going outside. There he realizes the outside is better than domed life.
The movie is based on a book by William F. Nolan and George Clayton. No screenwriter or cast have been announced yet. Joel Silver, Andrew Rona, and Akiva Goldsman are producing, with Kerry Foster as executive producer.
You obviously have never seen the orginal logans run its age 30 not 21 & he is sent on assignment to recover runners, not because he turned 21. Actually the computers artificially aged him to the age of 30.
thanks for that. modified the article to remove the age.
