ENTOURAGE The Movie In The Works
Mark Wahlberg is determined to bring a film adaptation of the hit HBO series “Entourage” to the big screen according to MTV News. When the actor, who brought the show to HBO, was interviewed at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards he admitted he was “focused” on adapting the show for a feature film.
The HBO series has been running for six seasons now and follows the life of actor Vincent Chase and his entourage as they try to land big parts for the young actor in big budget movies. During the six season Chase has gone from an up and comer to one of Hollywood’s biggest hits; and subsequently has gone back down again to being an out-of-work actor.
Wahlberg said that a project is a great possibility but that nothing has gotten in motion just yet. Wahlberg had no solid hints as to the plot of an “Entourage” film but did suggest he would make a cameo in the film if it came together.
