True Blood’s Grant Bowler Gets on ATLAS SHRUGGED
Grant Bowler has landed a third role in a feature film in as many weeks as he joins the cast of the film adaptation of “Atlas Shrugged.” Paul Johansson is directing the film which is based upon the literary classic written by Ayn Rand.
In the film Bowler will play the role of steel magnate Henry Reardon. The story follows Reardon, a demanding industrialist, who becomes conflicted when he butts heads with Dagny Taggart, the story’s protagonist. “Atlas” began shooting in LA this week.
Bowler’s role as Henry Reardon is the third feature film role he’s picked up in the past month. Bowler will star alongside Jason Statham, Clive Owen, and Robert De Niro in “The Killer Elite,” and will also star in the indie drama “The City of Gardens.” Bowler plays the role of a biker-turned-werewolf in HBO’s “True Blood” and regularly appeared on ABC’s “Ugly Betty” and “Lost.”
