Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum in YARC (Yet Another Romantic Comedy)
Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum will star in the upcoming romantic film “Vow” from Spyglass Entertainment. The project is a fact based love story that has undergone a full decade of development and was once being prepared for Julia Roberts to star in the lead role. Michael Sucsy, director of “Grey Gardens” for HBO, will direct the project.
The film follows a newly married couple from New Mexico who are involved in a horrible car wreck. The wife (McAdams) is put into a coma and when she comes to she has no memory of her marriage or her husband (Tatum). After spending his every waking moment attending to his wife in her coma, the husband must now woo his wife all over again and win her heart.
McAdams will next be seen in theaters in November when the comedy “Morning Glory” hits theaters. She will soon begin filming in July on the Woody Allen project “Midnight in Paris.” Tatum recently appeared in theaters in “Dear John” and is currently shooting “Cheaters” from Ron Howard and starring Vince Vaughn and Kevin James.
