Alice Eve To Play Emma Frost in X-MEN: FIRST CLASS
The lovely Alice Eve is being courted by Fox to join the cast of their relaunch of X-Men, entitled “X-Men: First Class.” Eve would play the role of Emma Frost in the reboot of the Marvel Comics adaptation which is being directed by Matthew Vaughn.
The reboot of the franchise will take a look at the superheroes from a younger age than the previous trilogy. In the original comic versions, Emma Frost was a villain called the White Queen who eventually joined the X-Men. With her telepathic powers, and barely there outfits, the White Queen was a teacher at Professor Xavier’s School of Gifted Students. If Eve joins the cast this week she would be the second actor to do so after Michael Fassbender officially joined the cast as the villain Magneto. James McAvoy is already on board to play Professor Xavier.
Eve is most famous for her roles in “She’s Out of My League” and “The Decoy Bride.”
