Desperate Housewives’ Marcia Cross To Join BRINGING UP BOBBY

Actress Marcia Cross has joined the cast of the upcoming indie drama “Bringing Up Bobby.” The script for the indie project was written by Famke Janssen who will also direct the film.
The story follows a con artist mother and her 10 year old son, both Europeans who find themselves in Oklahoma trying to escape her past and start a new future for themselves. Cross is set to play the role of a woman who eventually copes with the loss of her own child by becoming the adoptive mother of the con artist’s son.
Cross will join Milla Jovovich, Spencer List, and Bill Pullman on the cast of the project. List will play the 10 year old boy while Pullman will play Cross’ character’s husband. Sofia Sondervan will join Janssen in producing the film, with filming on the project set to begin on July 19. Cross currently stars on ABC’s “Desperate Housewives.”
