THE VIEW’s Sherri Shepherd Cast in ONE FOR THE MONEY
Sherri Shepherd from “The View” has joined the cast of the upcoming film “One for the Money.” Lakeshore Entertainment and Sidney Kimmel Entertainment are producing the project which stars Katherine Heigl.
The film tells the story of a woman who goes to work as a bounty hunter. She ends up working for her shady cousin who owns a bail bonds business. Shepherd will play dual roles in the movie, but both roles will be similar. Shepherd is cast to play the role of prostitutes with a heart of gold. Julie Ann Robinson will be directing the film which begins production next week in Pittsburgh. The movie is adapted from the first book in writer Janet Evanovich’s series about Stephanie Plum.
Shepherd currently works as a co-host on the daytime talk show “The View.” It is unknown if Shepherd’s roles will consist of two separate characters or one character with split personalities.
