TRON LEGACY Director To Take On New Movie ARCHANGELS

Director Joe Kosinski has been tapped by New Regency to direct the sci-fi film “Archangels.” The film was created by Andrew Will and will be produced by Ridley and Tony Scott through their Scott Free company along with Kosinski.

The film combines the thrill and action of the “Bourne” movies with a little bit of other worldly activity. In the story a group of elite forces track down alien invaders who manage to slip through Earth’s outer defenses. Will, who created the project, is a relative newcomer to Hollywood. His previous works include a 30-minute short entitled “Homelanders.” He currently writes and directs online episodes for BioWare’s upcoming video game “Dragon Age.”

Kosinski is best known for his role as the director of the film “Tron Legacy.” His work on “Legacy” has made him one of the hottest commodities in Hollywood right now. In addition “Archangels” Kosinski is working on a remake of the film “Black Hole.”
