Amanda Bynes’ Retirement Short Lived
Actress Amanda Bynes has decided to return to acting after a short lived retirement. The 24 year old actress announced last month via Twitter that she would be retiring from acting but appears to have changed her mind.
Bynes changed course on Friday, announcing again via her Twitter account that she’s unretired. She initially stated that while 24 was young to retire, she no longer found acting enjoyable and that her personal belief was not to pursue things she didn’t enjoy spending time on. Bynes’ career took off on Nickelodeon with roles on “All That” and her own series “The Amanda Show,” as well as her role on the WB sitcom “What I Like About You.” Her feature film credits include “She’s the Man” and “Hairspray.”
Bynes does have a film heading for the big screen this year. She co-stars with Emma Stone in the comedy “Easy A” which releases on September 17.
