Ryan Reynolds To Join Denzel Washington in the SAFE HOUSE
Ryan Reynolds
Actor Ryan Reynolds is willing to make room in his busy schedule to take on a starring role alongside Denzel Washington in “Safe House.” The actor is currently negotiating to join the cast of the Universal drama being directed by Daniel Espinosa and produced by Scott Stuber.
Reynolds will play the role of a young agent in the CIA who must transport a dangerous criminal to safety all by himself after the safe house they were in was attacked. Washington is starring in the film as the dangerous criminal the CIA agent must protect.
Reynolds is a very busy man these days. His successes last year in “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” and “The Proposal” helped him land the lead role in the upcoming “Green Lantern” adaptation. He will next appear in “Buried” followed by work on “The Change-Up,” after which he would participate in the filming of “Safe House.”
