Charisma Carpenter To Star In “Crash Site”
Actress Charisma Carpenter has landed the leading female role in the upcoming indie thriller “Crash Site.” Joining Carpenter as a star of the film will be Ty Olsson.
The film follows a family on vacation in the woods. After their Jeep crashes the couple must find a way back to civilization all while battling the elements and creepy critters. The film has already begun early production in Vancouver with Jason Bourque directing.
Carpenter’s credits include roles on television in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Angel,” and “Veronica Mars.” She most recently appeared on the big screen in “The Expendables.” Olsson appeared on television in “Men in Trees” and “Battlestar Galactica” as well as feature films such as “2012″ and “Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.”
