Leslie Mann Joins Ryan Reynolds in “Change-Up”
Actress Leslie Mann has signed on to join the cast of the upcoming comedy film “The Change-Up.” The new comedy is from Universal and will be directed and produced by David Dobkin. The film is expected to hit theaters in August 2011.
Mann joins a cast that includes Ryan Reynolds, Jason Bateman and Olivia Wilde. In the film a married man accidentally changes bodies with his best friend and uses the new lease on life to pursue a female coworker. Dobkin directed the hit comedy “Wedding Crashers,” and the screenplay for “Change-Up” was written by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore who wrote “The Hangover.”
Mann recently appeared in “Shorts” and will next appear in “I Love You Phillip Morris” in addition to a voice over role in the animated film “Rio.”
