BILL & TED 3 With Keanu Reeves & Alex Winter Confirmed
Keanu Reeves gave us the first inkling in a public forum last week, and now his “Bill & Ted” co star Alex Winter has confirmed it. According to Winter, “Bill & Ted” 3 franchise is “most definitely” going to happen.
Winter confirmed in an interview conducted via Twitter that he and Reeves have been kicking around the idea of a third “Bill & Ted” film for several years now and believe they have finally hit on an idea that would work. Reeves first tipped the public off to the idea last week when interviewed by MTV News at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Both Reeves and Winter have apparently wanted to make a third movie for awhile but agreed that they needed an idea befitting the first two films before moving forward. Now they believe they have that idea and screenwriters Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, who worked on the first two films, are working on a script for the third film.
