Miramax Develops App for Facebook
Miramax is responsible for a good number of classic American films that feature great actors under the guidance of brilliant directors. Now the company is looking to Facebook to help further communicate with and cultivate a fan base.
Miramax has recently launched a new app to be used of Facebook entitled eXperience. The app allows Facebook users to view short clips and full feature films, as well as share their thoughts with their friends on Facebook.
There are some 50 million Facebook users who mention Miramax projects in their profile or have "friended" and "liked" Miramax actors, directors, and films. Miramax believes the app will help them reach a goal of 150 million Facebook users, allowing them to share more information in their newsfeeds and profiles.
