Movies In Theaters This Friday, March 9, 2012: John Carter, Silent House, and more
This week we’re getting three wide releases, but a whole lot of limited releases to pick from. I have already seen three of the films released, John Carter (which was surprisingly good), Salmon Fishing in the Yemen (loved it) and Friends with Kids (also very good). Out of the rest we have Silent House for horror fans (so I’m pretty much out) and Eddie Murphy’s comedy A Thousand Words (probably skipping that one as well).
In limited releases I have been meaning to see The Decoy Bride (I’m always in for a bit of romantic comedy and David Tennant pretty much seals the deal) and Footnote, which was nominated for an Academy Award in the Foreign Film category and that Kristen really enjoyed. And there’s even more, so take a look at the trailers below and make your pick for the weekend. Have a great one!
