Full-Length Trailer and Poster Arrives for Stephanie Meyer’s Next Cinematic Invasion, ‘The Host’

Now that the reviews for the last ‘Twilight’ movie are trickling in, and this weekend’s release date is almost upon us, there’s room for another Stephanie Meyer adaption on our screens. Tween wishes will be granted by The Host, another romance-inflected genre movie from the author, and this first full length trailer and poster show us just what we can expect. We’re in science-fiction territory this time around, in a world where an invading species has rendered humanity all but extinct.

Directed by Andrew Niccol and starring Saoirse Ronan, the film arrives on March 29, 2013.
