4 New Character Posters for ‘Oz: the Great and Powerful’ with the Wizard and His Witches

If we’re looking over the last few years, big-budget fantasy epics aren’t guaranteed to set the world alight at this time of year (‘John Carter’ anyone?), but everyone involved with upcoming prequel/reboot Oz: the Great and Powerful has their fingers crossed than the star power and brand recognition fueling the movie will pay off in box office revenue. Critical glory would be a bonus, of course, yet it’s hard to tell what we’re in for at this point.

One thing that is clear is the brilliance of its cast, with James Franco, Mila Kunis, Michelle Williams and Rachel Weisz forming the star-studded and easy on the eye central group. With Sam Raimi at the helm, the film hits theaters on March 8th. See four new character posters below.
