First Look at the University in ‘Monsters University’ During New Trailer
Disney/Pixar released a trailer for the upcoming Monsters University – a prequel to Monsters, Inc. – promising to show us where it all began.
The colorful new trailer returns our favorite monsters (voiced by Billy Crystal and John Goodman) in a different situation than before. They are rivals.
The best part, though, is the tie-in to the university. Cleverly, the story centers around a monster-centric college that offers “Scaring” as a course of study. And of course, our two monsters are trying hard to get their degrees.
Monsters University returns the voice of Steve Buscemi and is directed by Dan Scanlon. It’ll release in the U.S. on June 21, 2013. The trailer is below, and you can check out the teaser poster here and fraternity/sorority posters here.
