Justin Timberlake on Board for Neil Bogart Biopic ‘Spinning Gold’
Business deals and big announcements were thriving over in Cannes last week, with one of the more significant reveals involving Justin Timberlake and Mark Damon’s upcoming Neil Bogart biopic Spinning Gold.
The actor is reportedly on board the movie, being produced by Mark Damon’s Foresight Unlimited, which will portray the life of the iconic ‘70s record executive who founded Casablanca and played a huge part in the decade’s rise of disco.
Bogart’s own son, Timothy Scott Bogart, is writing the script but no director has been announced as of yet. Bogart died at the age of 39 but in his time he founded Boardwalk Records and helped discover artists such as Gladys Knight, Donna Summer and KISS.
