Another ‘The Lone Ranger’ Trailer Intermixed with New Footage
I previously reported that we had the last trailer for Disney’s The Lone Ranger. Turns out, I was wrong. There is yet another one!
The new one has a lot of the same footage (typical of most trailers really) but there are some new stunts I haven’t seen (or maybe I’m just not paying attention). The Lone Ranger stars Armie Hammer as John Reid (a.k.a. The Lone Ranger) and Johnny Depp as Tonto. To me, it looks like an origin story for the iconic character. Directed by Gore Verbinski (The Pirates of the Caribbean), it’ll hit theaters July 3, 2013.
