‘Old School’ Vets Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrell Team Up for ‘Daddy’s Home’
They may not be today’s most popular comedy actors (although I still love them both), but there wasn’t a time long ago that people would be absolutely ecstatic about Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrell teaming up for a comedy.
Get ecstatic people because it’s happening. Screenwriter Etan Cohen (Tropic Thunder) will make his directorial debut with Daddy’s Home.
It looks like Vaughn and Ferrell will be rivals as a biological and step-father competing for their child (or step-child I guess). The two men previously acted together in Todd Phillips’ Old School.
Paramount will be releasing the film (no set date yet) with frequent Ferrell-collaborator Adam McKay (Anchorman) acting as a producer.
